【驾驭环境】一个没有愿景的领导者也不是一个真正的领导者。A leader without
some vision of where he wants to take his organization is not a leader.
【理解领导力】要成为领导者，你必须要成为你自己，成为自己人生的创造者。To become a leader, then, you must become yourself, become the maker of your own life.
【认识自我】在通往自我认知的道路上，推卸责任和归咎于他人是主要的绊脚石。Major stumbling blocks on the path to self-knowledge are denial and blame.
【认识世界】毫无疑问，要成为一位真正的领导者，你必须要像了解自己一样了解世界。Clearly, to become a true leader, one must know the world as well as one knows one’s self.
