枸杞炖鸽蛋的製作材料:
辅料:枸杞子15克
调料:猪油(炼製)50克,大葱5克,姜5克,酱油6克,料酒10克,胡椒粉2克,花生油30克,澱粉(玉米)20克,盐5克
做法
1. 将枸杞洗净;

6. 放入鸽蛋、枸杞和精盐,再炖10分钟左右即可。
