
黄芝瑛
黄芝瑛,男,1988年6月毕业于暨南大学医学院毒理专业,获医学硕士学位,此后一直在广州市医药工业研究所从事新药安全评价研究及GLP工作,任副所长、国家广州新药安全评价研究重点实验室主任。2005年10月,中山大学以“百人计画”人才引进为药学院研究员、博士生导师。

1988年6月起,在广州市医药工业研究所从事新药的临床前安全性评价研究工作,参与我国GLP工作的全过程,包括我国GLP规範的起草、修订、建设和运营管理GLP实验室、GLP实验室的认证检查、推广和培训GLP知识,为我国的GLP工作作出了积极的贡献。2005年10月,中山大学以“百人计画”人才引进为药学院研究员、博士生导师。

本科:药物毒理学、药物不良反应。研究生:药事法规与新药注册、新药研製原理与技术、药物毒理学进展、药物安全评价与GLP。
社会兼职
现为中山大学药学院药物安全评价中心主任,国家食品药品监督管理局新药及保健食品评审谘询专家,国家发改委药品价格评估专家,中国药学会套用药理专业委员会委员,中国毒理学会药物安全评价专业委员会委员,广东省药理学会常务理事、药物毒理专委会主任委员。

从1997年9月起,作为主要负责人承担“国家九五攻关项目--筹建国家(广州)新药安全评价研究重点实验室”,并于2000年10月通过国家的验收,成为国内首批“1035工程”中几个从事新药安全评价研究机构之一。从2002年7月起,主持“十五国家重点专项-创新药物与中药现代化”专项中“临床前安全评价关键技术及平台研究”的工作(课题编号:2002AA2Z342H和2004AA2Z3777)。2005年10月通过国家科技部的验收。2008年起,作为课题第二负责人承担科技部“十一五”国家科技支撑计画重点项目药用新辅料临床前安全性评价及药品与包装材料的相容性安全研究(2008BAI55B03),2011年4月通过验收。国家自然科学基金面上项目:雷公藤甲素影响线粒体通透性转化孔的调控致心肌细胞毒性的机制研究 。81473416。2014-18。国家自然科学基金面上项目:雷公藤甲素影响线粒体脂肪酸β-氧化致睪丸支持细胞毒性的机制研究。81773992。2018-2021。广东省2016-18科技套用专项“符合GLP规範的新药安全评价技术创新研究与能力提升”( 2016B020237003)
