2012年期间,成功破解前苏联数学家柯尔莫哥罗夫在上世纪30年代提出的关于谱问题的着名的70多年悬而不决的三个公开问题(非负逆特徵值问题,NIEPs)
2013年期间,成功破解文献Zhan X. Extremal eigenvalues of real symmetric matrices with entries in an interval. SIAM Journal on Matrix Analysis and Applications, 2006;27(3):851–850同时在矩阵论专着(詹兴致,高等教育出版社,2008)中提出的两个公开问题
2012年7月,香港中文大学、香港科技大学、奥门大学进行考察并参与相关的国际会议
2013年7月,受邀台湾大学交流访问暨特邀参加第6届世界华人数学家大会并作代数学方向学术报告
2014年7月,受邀参加美国套用工程协会国际会议及美国南加州大学交流访问,并就特徵量问题作学术报告
