演艺经历
2006年，他的一首《Dig Dug (Shake It)》让他在华盛顿小有名气。Wale在2006年引起了製作人Mark Ronson，并在07年被引荐进Allido Records，并在这个厂牌下发行了几张Mixtape而且开始出现于MTV和一些国家音乐杂誌。Wale的第一张录音室专辑《Attention Deficit》在09年发行后，虽然并没有引起特别大的反响，但是为其赢得了不错的口碑。在2011年初，Wale与Rick Ross的厂牌Maybach Music Group签约,参与了厂牌群星专辑Self Made Vol. 1的创作。他的专辑Ambition发行于2011年11月1日。
